Game Day

I finally remembered to bring the camera to today's soccer games. Here are a couple of pictures of Miles at his game--

Unfortunately both teams lost today, but they'll get them next time.

As you can see, Mackenzie wasn't too interested, but she's so cute I just have to include a picture of her.

Out on the Farm

Just a few pictures of our outing to Penn Family Farm at Cedar Hill State Park. The weather was beautiful and we got to learn about farm life in the late 1800s and early 1900s. This was a real working farm at one time. The house, grainery, chicken house, and barns are still standing and their is several old and rusty farm equipment pieces on display.

Inspired to Read

Max is doing great with his reading, but doesn't particularly enjoy it. He's not one to read for fun--yet--but on this day, he was inspired to read to his little sister. As you can see, she thouroughly enjoyed his reading. All the children love her, but Max is especially taken with her.
