At VoVo's House

We went down to Houston to spend a few days with VoVo--My mom. For those that are not familiar, Mom is portuguese--VoVo means grandmother in portuguese. Anyway, while we were there, I took a few pictures in her backyard.

Berry Pickin'

We had a great time picking blackberries, blueberries and a few tomatos at the King's Orchard while we were down in the Houston area visiting VoVo. Here are a few picks from our outing.



After picking berries, Matthias just had to go pick him out a tomato with VoVo.

Love Birds

We took the children out to Penn Farm again today. We saw these two vultures sitting in the window of the barn. Matthew took a few pictures, then we went inside and found these two little ones inside one of the barn stalls. We all thought it was pretty great to see these vulture babies.

Here a few snapshots of the children. We had a few extra with us (Moriah, Autumn and Ethan Floyd), but that just made for more fun.
